In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Access to and use of h89ii is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register an account.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. h89ii strictly prohibits access by minors. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud.
• You must be accessing h89ii from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit participation.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by h89ii or any recognized gambling harm-prevention body.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of h89ii or any of its affiliated game-studio or payment partners, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have had a previous h89ii account closed due to fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms.

To access h89ii's Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to your Account at all times:

• You may hold only one Account on h89ii. If you already hold an active account, you must not register a second account for any reason, including to access new-member promotions.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• h89ii reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• You must notify h89ii immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account balances are non-transferable between Members and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any third party.

h89ii may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including email verification, SMS one-time passwords, and device fingerprinting to protect your Account from unauthorized access.

h89ii operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your membership, including prior to your first withdrawal or when your cumulative transaction volume exceeds defined thresholds.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and residential address, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the deposit method (bank account, e-wallet) is registered in your name — e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay account showing your full name and account number.

h89ii accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the h89ii cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Current minimums start from Rp 10.000 for e-wallet deposits.
• h89ii does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges for which h89ii accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. h89ii processes deposits in real time for all supported methods under normal operating conditions.
• h89ii reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it originates from an unverified, third-party, or flagged payment source, or if the deposit is suspected to be connected to money laundering or fraud.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently accepted on the h89ii platform.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not the proceeds of any criminal activity and that you are depositing for the purpose of personal entertainment, not for laundering funds or circumventing any financial regulation.

h89ii is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following terms apply to all withdrawal transactions:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account registered in your own name. h89ii will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• h89ii targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for all standard requests submitted through verified Accounts to supported local bank and e-wallet destinations.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• h89ii may apply a withdrawal hold period for new Members or for Accounts that have not previously completed a successful withdrawal, pending completion of KYC verification.
• If your Account Balance contains active Bonus Funds that have not yet met their Wagering Requirement, only the real-money portion of your Balance (net of pending bonus liability) is available for withdrawal.
• h89ii reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal exceeding defined thresholds as part of its AML obligations.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your Balance, h89ii reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim the incorrectly credited amount, regardless of whether you have already wagered those funds.

h89ii offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement at expiry will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are displayed in the individual promotion terms.
• h89ii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already claimed and in progress will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
• h89ii reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonuses are credited in IDR and are non-exchangeable for cash until Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied.

The following general rules apply across all h89ii betting products. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel) are published within the respective product sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. h89ii does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• h89ii reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or where the bet would create an unacceptably large liability.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds, game display, or pricing, h89ii reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. This right applies regardless of whether settlement has already occurred.
• For sportsbook events, h89ii's settlement of results is based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). Where the official result is disputed or subject to revision, h89ii may delay settlement until the matter is resolved.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply across all products and are displayed within the relevant product interface.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, draws occur at the scheduled times published on the platform. Draw results are sourced from the authoritative draw provider and are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h89ii and will result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account or facilitating the use of another person's Account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that interacts with h89ii without human input at each bet placement.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to place bets at clearly erroneous odds.
• Coordinating betting activity with other Members to systematically exploit promotions or guarantee profits across multiple accounts (syndicate bonus abuse).
• Using h89ii for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable AML/CTF laws.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the h89ii platform, its infrastructure, or other Members' use of the Services.

All content on the h89ii platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, data compilations, and game content supplied by third-party studios — is owned by h89ii or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the h89ii platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any h89ii content without express prior written consent from h89ii.

h89ii collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

h89ii implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, encrypted password storage, and access-controlled data systems — to protect Member personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. h89ii does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h89ii's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or any bet or transaction shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h89ii shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond h89ii's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment-system failures.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits h89ii's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

h89ii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose h89ii to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The Member is, or becomes, subject to a self-exclusion order.

Upon permanent closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach by the Member, h89ii will return the verified real-money Balance (net of any pending bonus liability) to the Member via the last verified payment method on record, within a reasonable timeframe. If closure is due to a Member breach or fraud, h89ii may withhold the Balance pending investigation and any applicable legal process.

h89ii is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

h89ii provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Member's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a minimum of 24 hours or up to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

Your continued use of h89ii following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using h89ii and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h89ii holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaints: Submit a formal complaint to h89ii via [email protected]. h89ii will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours (WIB) and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Regulatory Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with h89ii's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing regulatory authority. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available on request from the h89ii support team.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved following regulatory review, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement.
